Third time is a charm, right?

I think this is my third go at this. The first two times I did it the wrong way, and restricted way too much and once I lost a little weight I'd go right back to old eating habits and gain it all back. This time I'm going into it with the mindset of it being a lifestyle change.

I bought clothes today, and 5/6 pieces I got did not fit right due to the lack of care I show my body. I'm sick of it. Things need to change.

So... time to get back into things. I'm 23, 5'10, and 230lbs. My goal is 175, and to fit into the damn clothes I just bought! I'd love to add some of you and show my support while we go through our journeys.

    I hear you! I've been here off and on over a few years. This time around, I'm trying to do lose as comfortably as I can. Which means setting my calories higher. Same as you, I had set mine too low and it just gets really hard to maintain that. So I'm going about it slowly, making changes that will last.
