Vegetarian meal plan?

Guys I’m kinda stuck here looking for a meal prep plan for the week I am vegetarian..I’ve looked around but I’ve seen taco shells with fruit on them or salads. Where’s the proteins? So far what I’m doing is having two meals a day and in between drinking protein drinks. If you know of any type of meal prep I’m ready for it. Preferably 1 same meal for the week and a different one for the next so I can flip flop.

Chili with beans and tempeh. Edamame or black bean pasta with peanut butter powder based Asian-style peanut sauce and veggies. Split pea soup with nutritional yeast. Crustless quiche/frittata if you do eggs/dairy (freezes well). Lasagna using lentil lasagna noodles, layered with puree of soft tofu and roasted winter squash (nutritional yeast wouldn't hurt it). Bean enchiladas.
In any of them, include caramelized onions, sauteed or roasted garlic, extra veggies, herbs, spices, cheese if you eat it, as your fancy takes you.2 -
Get some garbanzo bean flour and make some baked or iron waffle falafel. Or, you can make a pancake with it. Or, you can thicken a veggie soup.0
