Finding the optimal diet

Excited to be here! I started a low carb diet about 6 months ago and have gone through several variations, ending with my current bulletproof adaptation of keto. I've lost 40 lbs and have virtually reversed my diabetes! Until today I have not counted a single gram of anything, but I'm ready to take this to the next level. I'm seriously ramping up my exercise and activitiy level and I'm a bit concerned about recovery time on keto. With this app I can start tracking and get my carb intake as high as possible while staying in ketosis. Any advice or comments are welcome!

    I started Keto 4 days ago and can say I definitely have amped up my workouts. I have the headaches already. Not sure if I’m in full ketosis as I’ve read it can take anywhere from 2 days to 6 weeks (who knows) but I am excited! My body is definitely begging for carbs lol. What kind of meals are you eating? Do you feel different? Energy boost?
