Supreme 90 Day

Has anyone heard of, or used, the Supreme 90 Day System?

It's a 10 dvd set using muscle confusion....

    sounds a lot like P90X (or a knock off of it)

    I just looked at the site it is almost identical to P90X, but only costs $20. I would say for that price go for it. The trainer even kind of looks like Tony Horton.

    I am doing the program right now. I like it better than p90x. The workouts are only 30-45 minutes instead of an hour like p90x. The cardio options are also better than p90x.

    I say go for it instead of spending the money on p90x

    Go for it ... I'll split it w/ you ... and then we can work out together... put it on in our front room in the computer and move move move!

    Tom already got it. LOL. Like weeks ago. Just haven't broken it out yet lol. He's threatening this weekend bc of his weigh in at his dr appt this afternoon lol.
