    Hi Steffi best of luck u have come to the right place to find, help, support and motivation! The hard work is still up to you with diet, food potion control and exercise, but u know what it helps with friends! Am sure you will find tons here!

    Hi Steffi....I’m also new here, although I have been working on my weight most of my life, I find when it comes to fitness it’s slow and steady, listen to your body! Be patient , have confidence and enjoy whatever your doing! If the exercise your doing is unpleasant you won’t do it for long!....good luck and I’m always to lend support, we all need it!:)

    Only started yesterday so really new. :):):) . Never counted calories before always gone to slimming group. X
