What's your go to, super tasty smoothie recipe?

I buy the packs from Morrisons (recommend the yellow one, it tastes of holidays) and have them with a sachet of Oats so Simple, but they aren't the most filling meal in the world.

I use (frozen) banana and whole milk, and either frozen berries, or nuts and maybe cocoa, or lime juice.

It's not a complete meal, I have it with vegs, starch, protein.

Frozen mango, frozen strawberries, maybe some other frozen fruit mix, Greek yogurt, avocado, hemp flour, cinnamon, chia seeds, water.

I almost fill the blender up, making 5 servings of about 135 calories each. 4 of us have a smoothie, and the 5th serving gets made into little popsicles

I like mine to be mostly vegetable based more than fruit.

Current favorite base recipe, although I vary it a lot -- this is not low cal, it's a breakfast and my breakfasts are normally around 400 cal and have fat and protein -- is to start with previously roasted winter squash, add lots and lots of greens and half an avocado, some protein powder, some soy milk or homemade cashew milk, and then a serving of either strawberries or some other fruit (blueberries and mangos are also favorites).

It makes a ton, which takes me a while to drink and keeps me full as long as any other breakfast I like (including an omelet).

Frozen banana and berries, unsweetened almond milk, and unsweetened vanilla whey protein. Or unsweetened almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 1-2 tbsp natural nut butter and chocolate vegan protein and greens protein powder. These two are for breakfast usually so they are around 400 cals.

If I want a dessert type smoothie I go for frozen banana and strawberries, vanilla greek yogurt and not from concentrate orange juice.

I use 1 frozen banana, 2 cups of whole frozen unsweetened strawberries, 1 cup non fat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup apple juice and a cup of ice cubes. Makes app 3 cups. Blend in blender till smooth. You can also add honey and/or flaxseed. I don't like veggies so this works for me.
