New to Fitness Pal

Hello All,
Two months ago I was promoted to a desk job. I am pretty proud that I haven't gained any weight thanks to daily Gym visits, but I haven't lost any either. I have been as heavy as twelve pounds more than where I am, but should with my frame be 18 pounds or so lighter than I am now. Hopefully this site along with a higher intensity work out routine will get me there by Christmas. I know how to lose weight but need the motivation to change my eating habits. Thanks for any help.
