Yoga Everyday-April 2018

Let’s see if we can do yoga every, single day during April! You can set daily goals i.e. x minutes/hours per day, etc, weekly goals i.e. x hours per week split up however you’d like, and/or a goal for the month. You don’t even have to keep track of the time if that’s not your jam. The only stipulation is some kind of yoga every day!
How to keep track
First post- state your goal-this can be your yoga goal and also why you want to do yoga every day!
Date-yoga (yes/no)-time spent practicing (if you’d like)
You can quote yourself each time you post to keep a running record.
Let’s go yogis! We can do it!

    April 2018 Yoga Goal
    1 hour per day=30 hours for the month
    I want to practice yoga everyday to improve my practice, decrease my stress, increase my balance, and prepare myself for my trip to India for 2 months straight of yoga this summer!

    I want to start yoga again, but will start with a goal of 3 times a week. Then some walking and stretches 4 days a week. I have health issues which make it difficult to be consistent with exercises, so starting out slowly.
