    March was great but now that I'm healed from my workout injuries and started a new routine, I hope to see 5+ lbs go in April!!

    This should be doable. Maybe by writing it down it will motivate me more. Been working out all week and eating with in my calorie count -- feel good but haven't lost -- I know Rome wasn't built in a day -- but still..........

    Have to give it time -- didn't gain the weight in a week either!
