Hello,
I was doing keto for 2 months. I enjoyed it and the progress I made but I really feel that I need more carbs in my diet so I am making the switch to a whole grain, protein, and veggie diet. I would love to welcome any body else who has come off Keto. Or anyone doing the whole grain thing.

    Hi! I'm eating whole grains (among other things, including protein foods and veggies) but I didn't know that was a thing - to me it's just normal eating :)

    Why does it have to be from one extreme to the other?

    it's definitely normal, just not normal for me lol

    I don't consider the latter to be extreme.
