chocolate and wendys. though i watch my calories and eat smaller portions of both. i though really dont give up alot. the one thing i did give up and didnt want to was my fav pizza. since i have been on this diet it is too greasy now and it makes me sick. and thank u already but i dont want a low cal pizza or a substitute so dont try. it was just easier to say goodbye for me. :,(0

there are no foods that I am knowingly giving up...just often choices I just don't make anymore as they aren't worth it...but I still have beer and ice cream and peanut butter etc...oh and carbs0 -

1) Beer. Real beer. I'm not drinking any of that light crap. Give me a nice Belgian triple or a stout or something. (Not an IPA though. I'm not a fan.) I'm trying to cut back. Some nights, I'm not as successful as others.
2) Steak. I'll leave half of it on my plate, but a nice, thick, juicy, rare to medium rare NY strip or a ribeye....mmmmm......Not giving that up.0 -

I have not given up anything, portion control and moderation are my guidelines. However, coffee and chocolate will always be on my most have list. LOL

I won't give anything up. I WILL watch my portions and will find healthier alternatives that fill the cravings whenever possible, but I refuse to be on a "diet". Every cell in my body shudders when I say the word. I am changing my lifestyle and making smarter decisions, I'm not on a diet.0

There's a little restaurant here called PIG. Oddly, it is a barbq joint, they do the best pulled pork sandwiches and pulled pork poutine. I'm never gonna give that up. I will, however, reduce my trips there to once in a blue moon0 -
