Hacking email

Hi
I have just st received an email stating MFP accounts have been hacked. It advises s change to password.
1. Is this email from MFP?
2. Where do I find my password in order to change it?

    Yes this is from MFP, Up along the top on the right, you'll see "settings", go there and then you'll see "change password".
