Fitbit Download Trouble

My Fitbit has been putting my steps into MyFitnessPal but as of today it will not. I’ve tried reconnecting, logging off, syncing and nothing works. My Planet Fitness exercise is also not downloading into MyFitnessPal. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
