There was a problem with your request
Sorry, but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the issue.
My wife and I have both been using myfitness for a few weeks now, loving it, then yesterday we both started getting this message above when trying to select food from our or your database for our food diary.
Cannot get past this, anyone else getting this or have a fix?
Thanks,
Ian.

I get that error occasionally with a slow connection. Are you getting this error on the web or app? Do other sites seem to load slowly at the same time?0

Been getting that same message all day starting on Saturday March 30, "There was a problem with your request

There are threads all over the forums about people getting this error when they try to add food on the web version. You can still add food, but you have to do it through the search.
You’d think MFP staff would have posted something about such a major issue, but all I can hear is crickets chirping...2 -
MFP finally acknowledged there is a server error.

Is it just me or am I missing something here, I cannot see this on their list? m I just being blind ha ha. I am still getting the same issue. This is via the web, not the app. I am using a 2 day old Acer swift 3 and everything else is beautiful and fast........... Let's see what happens0

I've been having the same problem all day trying to log from "my recent" or "my frequent" foods. It's OK for logging foods that I look up in the MFP database, and I've used the work-around of copying meals that had the "recent" or "frequent" foods in them, and then just deleting any extra foods that were in the copied meal. Hope that makes sense and that it helps.1
