Hi there! My name is Merissa and I'm a 24 year old female, former athlete and fitness fan. I am looking to start round 1 of Kayla Itsines #BBG program 1.0. Anyone else on this program? I'd love to hear about it!!!

    I finished BBG 1.0 around a month or two ago.
    Lost around 10lbs while eating kind of bad (late night korean fried chicken runs, all you can eat bbqs) LOL
