    There is currently an issue with the syncing. You cannot fix it on your side. You simply have to wait until the issue is resolved.

    I should have checked these posts first before restarting, unlinking, relinking, restarting, unpairing, pairing again, restarting.. ugh.. technology!

    Fitbit syncing is under maintenance for a week, it will sync sporadically. Says not to keep disconnecting and reconnecting as it will back it up farther. It is annoying. I just bought a new Fitbit and haven't been able to sync it since. Lol

    I am gonna tell you what I did. I found another app the syncs with Fitbit and MFP. It is called PACER. I used this app to sync with my fitbit then changed my step counter on MFP to the Pacer app and I seem to now be getting steps counted as well as calories counted. Kind of a pain, but it is a way around it that does not cost anything, but your time and trouble.

    I am using it for the step count and sync with MFP only, but it has other features as well. It does have ads and of course a premium paid no ad choice.
