The challenge is too MOVE!

You choose your mode of activity. You choose YOUR OWN PERSONAL GOAL, amount of steps, miles etc or whatever helps you REACH YOUR GOAL.

Come daily, weekly or whenever you get a chance and log EACH DAY'S progress.

My PERSONALY GOAL will be 100 miles walking this month.

    I am going to make 8500 steps every day in April. 10,000 will be my strive for amount.

    I'm striving for at least 31 minutes of exercise a day and at least 150 miles walked/jogged this month.

    I’m challenging myself to walk 10k steps per day and a 20 min walking 5 days per week for April!

    My goal is to walk 13,333 steps a day for April. Good luck to everyone this month with their goals!

    I walked 1.57 miles this afternoon took a little over 33 minutes with strong west wind my goals are to walk at least a mile 5 days a week and 3 spin bike rides of a minimum of 15 minutes
