Vegan and 5K

Hi everybody,

I'm here on MFP because I've hit a plateau with my normal diet and fitness. I've been vegan about 2 years, and training for a 5k for 2 weeks. Changing diet and exercise at the same time is a huge challenge, so I gotta keep myself accountable here.
