Overcoming binge eating

Hey fitfam :)

I’m Whitney! I’ve been working hard for a month to train myself how to portion control and have a balanced diet! I’ve been doing a low carb diet and it has been working for me. I’ve started to track my calorie intake in this app and tracking has always been my saviour with weight loss! 3 years ago I lost over 75lbs and since then I’ve gained it all back and more. So I’m here to take back control of my life and it’s good to be surrounded by people who are trying to better their lives too <3

    I struggle with binge eating and over compulsive eatinging to it sucks but u can do it one step at a time feel free to message me if u need to talk
