Large weight gain :(

Scale says I gained 8 pounds in 5 days. I know it’s a ton of water weight bc I have been eating super unhealthy this week. What do you guys do to recover from weeks like this? It’s ok I know it will go down but what do you do to make yourselves feel better?

    Yes, go back to eating normally. Drink water. And yes, a walk is always beneficial. It feels good just to get outside!

    Hydrate, log everything to the gram , be honest with all of the logging and avoid the scale for a week

    Yep, water will wash out all that sodium (and GI back-up). A saw-toothed weight graph is normal--just like the stock market.

    It's happened to me too. High sodium meals, time of month and such.
