It has been a looong summer and here we are on the final stretch before my kids go back to school on the 22nd.
I'm looking forward to getting some time to myself. This is the first year they have both been at school that I have not worked outside the home so I'm going to use the time to concentrate on getting fit and getting trim.
So, in honor of the new school year we are going to make some New (school) Year Resolutions!
Mine are:
1. To not make appointments in the mornings so that I avoid having to go to the gym.:noway:
2. To not keep candy in the house- if it's not there I can't eat it.:drinker:
3. To make one work out at the weekend involve the kids- they need to exercise too:devil:
