you want foods that are at LEAST 250 calories? what's your version of keto?0
-
Any food is 250 calories if you eat enough of it... I really don't get your question6

You might need to wait longer than 30 minutes for responses. It might help if you restate your question. I have no idea what you're asking.5

Are you asking for a list of foods/recipes over 250 calories? That could be anything in the right quantity.
If you don't want a large volume then you need more calorie dense foods.

Go to a recipe site like allrecipes. They give calorie information. There are many (most) recipes that are above 250 calories on a non-diet recipe site.

You can eat any food you desire. You will need to weigh it out to meet the 250cal requirement. If this doesn't answer your question, maybe it would be helpful for you to reword the question - it's very unclear.0

This was FOUR MONTHS AGO, and you're still trying to figure it out?

No, I'm just trying to figure out what you're looking for - keto or protein and carbs? If you're eating regular keto, you can (and should) be having fats, too...quite a bit of fats.0 -

It's ok... don't let it bother you.1 -
You are trying to get an edge on cutting body fat by doing keto or a ketoish diet? I've seen your other threads (which keep getting closed ) so I am trying to figure out what the end goal is. It seems that you can't do a 250 calorie deficit?
Not trying to be snarky, so please don't take offense to my post as I trying to figure the best advice to give.2
