Nature Valley protein bars.0

Clif Builder Bars are my number one bar right now. But, for me, a bar won't last me all the way until lunch. I eat an apple with it, sometimes some chicken or cottage cheese too. I eat breakfast at 5:30 am and then workout after.
Other good options
OhYeah One bars
Pure Protein
FitCrunch
Quest
Think Thin

I’m partial to the Pure Protein bars. They are low carb, low fat and high protein. They also have a good variety of flavors.0

I like Think Thin.1

I like the Clif Builder bars too. Preferably the peanut butter one because it sticks with me a bit longer than the others. I also like the Pure Protein bars too, but don’t have as easy access to them. As long as it has 20g of protein and keeps me from being hungry, I’m usually happy.
If I’m having a rushed morning and don’t have time to stop for my morning snack, both work great. On the occasion that I may even wake up late and miss breakfast, these have been what saved me most times.0 -
I'd rather have real food tbh, I find the majority of them are A: too small and B: too many calories.
I understand they are ok if you are in a rush or whatever, but it's very rare I have one.1 -
I try to avoid ones rely too much on either soy or gelatin as I don't consider them to be the best sources of protein for myself. This only leaves a few brands. And since isomalto-oligosaccharide are now thought to be closer to 3 Cal per gram as opposed to zero, this leaves even fewer to chose from. I currently like the kirkland and mission1 bars with an edge to the kirkland ones due to a less expensive price point and the absence of ISO.0

I do either regular quest bar great to have in the car or pocket, the quest hero bars are the go to right now tastes great and very filling, and also have stash of labrada bars 310 cals though has ton of protein so is filling. I also eat every 3-4 hours so don't have long to go.0

I don't like most bars as they contain way too many weird things, but I like to make my own sometimes. Then I will use things like nut butters, oats, nuts and seeds, dried fruit, and protein powder. The recipe changes based on what they are for and what macro-profile I want them to have1

Fulfil bars are delicious0

I like to have Clif builder bars and MusclePharm Combat crunch (though the white chocolate ones are abominably disgusting). But I don't use them as meal replacement, just as a post-work, pre-workout snack and to help me meet my protein macro. These bars alone do not keep me satiated. Other bars that have a lower protein count, such as kind bars or Luna bars, are even less satisfying.
From what you've said, you might be better off with an actual breakfast, something with enough volume, protein, and fat to keep you satisfied for several hours.0 -
