I'm hanging out to run in the street with a friend, I have 1 week running but muy problem is that I can't stop to eating a lot, I feel that doesn't serve all my work u.u

It's okay! we all start somewhere!!!
Each week try to shift just a little bit - maybe run a little farther each week, or add in another run day. Fill your home slowly with healthier food. You will balance out in time, I promise! - just have patience!0 -
It’s ok. Once u start exercising u will feel great n u will not want to eat so much junk0
