Fresh Juice

Hi All,
I have a juicer that I haven't used in a while, mostly because of the high sugar content of juice and throwing away all of the fiber of my expensive produce. I did get it out last night and plan to use it for a few days. Does anyone here log home made juice in your calorie log? If so do you just log it as the whole produce?

What are you trying to get out of juicing? Seems like just eating the foods would be easier and more filling?1

Good Morning! I been juicing for about 3 years. At one point, I was juicing for all my meals. I found this website and it really helps break down the calorie counts/plus gives the nutritional breakdown as well. Now that produce is getting more abundant because of the warmer weather, I will probably start juicing everyday again. Here’s the calculator, I hope it helps
