Hi! I've been off of here a few years. I'd done well, lost 60lbs and was in great shape and no longer needed the need to constant log.
Last year I had an accident. I nearly lost my leg and I needed 7 operations and skin and muscle grafts.
I'm not back and trying re get back into things, lose the 10lb I gained ... And I go on holiday soon!
The recovery is long and painful but I'm hoping to give and receive help, support and encouragement.

Hi, and welcome back. Sorry to hear about your unfortunate accident. It can be hard to stay on track when injured. Good luck on your recovery.0
