Hello everyone..My name is Mila and I am 33 yr old.All my life I have been bigger girl, not fat just bigger. However, year after year scale was going in wrong direction and here I am now at whopping 250 lb. At 5’3 tall I am short whale ... it’s difficult to do anything and I am prisoner in my own body. I’ve done quick diets, I’ve done it all .. my biggest problem is consistency..I start hard and lose track weeks later and I stop, than start and all over again. It is a vicious circle and I need to reconsider and rediscover my strategy. This time we doing it slow... pour by pound no set goals just 10
Lb at the time ... I hope to gain some new friends with similar goals and stay focused in losing weight and becoming healthier better version of myself. Fell free to add me Mila1385

Hi Mila. I'm same age as you, we can motivate each other. Don't be so hard on yourself... you can do this. Losing slowly is definitely going to help1

I have been here a number of times but due to one thing or another I always put my weight back on. During my times here I have noticed one common issue with people and that is to loose as much as they can as quick as they can. It can be done with the MFP app and still eat what you enjoy, just not as much.
Have your first goal as loosing weight, not what you eat. Use the app, you will see it start to go after one week depending on your settings. Once you see yourself loosing weight try and add a few healthy meals then over time replace more of the junk with healthier stuff. People always feel guilty as they feel that they should not be eating rubbish.
This worked for me because I like my sugar stuff and if you stop it all of a sudden, your body shouts out for the sugar and that is when you say to yourself "I will start again tomorrow".
59lbs to loose so hopefully I can reach my goal by October or perhaps a little sooner.
Feel free to add1 -
