I would like to thank the The My fitness App for helping me lose 45 pounds just by keeping track of the amount and what kind of foods I am eating! I’m on a 90+ steak for logging in and I don’t plan on stopping. Thank you again for an amazing app!8nhikmjelrw2.png

    What always amazes me are people’s eyes! Look how much better your eyes look! Good for you! I agree, I am really benefiting from tracking my meals! Very happy for you!

    Tmaths I pretty much followed the calorie count on the app. As for what I ate I just tried to stay away from junk food and that’s in. I was also playing hockey 2 times a week which probably helped lol. And add away the more friends the better!
