Different Macro's and calories depending on training days - How do I set them up in MFP

Hi,

MY meal carb and protein ratio's are different depending on cardio days vs. strength training days, vs rest days. Typically I have 5 meals a day. Do you have any suggestions on how best to set them up?

    Mentally note them, write them down or save them in a memo on your phone, unless you want to pay for premium.

    Since you already have a Premium account, you can set different goals by day of the week. If they change each week, you will have to update them each week as they change though.
