I'm 11 pounds away from halfway to goal (78.5 pounds down, from 307 to 150). I haven't been sticking to my plan as well as I would like, but I'm still losing slowly.
I'm going to start planning and meal prepping this month, and calculating the calories for each meal as I prep them (freezer tape and sharpies, oh yeah). I hope I have these 11 pounds lost by June/July. Which would put me at a year and a half of my weight loss program, and I was hoping for three years to lose the weight.12 -
These mini goals have inspired me to make a couple of mini-goals I hadn't given it much thought before except to look at weight loss 10lbs at a time.
Goal 1 - I want to be at 190 by April 30th.
Goal 2 - To go to the gym at least 12 times between now and April 30th4 -
I'm planning on visiting my boyfriend in a month and a half. I'm hoping to be at goal weight then (1.4 pounds to go so it shouldn't be an issue), but I want to be more firm instead of squishy by the time I get there!4

I'm on pace to lose maybe 2.5 more pounds before I go on holiday toward the end of this month BUT I've been doing very badly at resisting my red wine in the evenings all winter. Spring has sprung and my mini-goal is to redirect that energy into just being out and about more, and thus diverting my attention from the wine. If I can do that I think I can be down 4 pounds by the time I get on the plane.
Erm ... I had white wine tonight instead.6 -
My mini goals are
1) resist stealing all my kids Easter chocolates!
2) make it to the 70s in kg I weigh 84kg currently and would love to get down to the 70s

Mini goals make BIG achievements!23 -
My daughter is graduating with a joint law degree/MBA on May 19th. I shamelessly want to look good in the photos. My other three kids are also aware that since it will be the first time the entire family will be together in a few years (scattered all over the world), we will be taking a lot of photos. Everyone is in a friendly competition to get in shape before then. Lol. Good times.7

I'm not asking for much, just two tiny little goals. Lose 3 pounds by June 1st to reach a normal BMI of 24.7 for the first time in my adult life. My current BMI is 25.2. Goal #2 is to reduce my hips from 42.3inches to 40 inches. Then celebrate the week of my birthday in June.9

My not-so-mini goal is to complete the BikeMS Tour de Farms 90 minutes faster than last year. We had 25 mph headwinds for the last 60 miles. It was so brutal I finished an hour after the course closed. I need to lose 30lbs by June 23 so I can ride faster. I'm down 12.2 since Feb 7th. Relentless pursuit. :-)5

To get down to at least 150 (not my ultimate goal) by my yearly doctor appointment in June. Last year I was 173-obese for my height. I’m at 154 now, so hopefully I’ll make it.6

My mini-goal is to break 155. I just broke 160 at this morning's weigh-in. My reward is an audiobook I've been wanting to listen to.7

My next mini goal is 6lbs to get me to the lowest I have been on this journey before I gained about 18 back. I'm really excited to get there because after that, its uncharted territory! I'll have 28lbs left after that.4
