    I have 3 morning routines:

    None training days
    0745 silent alarm goes off
    0800 phone alarms goes off & get up
    0802 bathroom & weigh in
    0805 Powdered Greens and OJ shake, pull any prepped packed lunch out of fridge
    0810 get clean/dressed
    0825 ideally be out the door to walk to work
    0830 actually walk out the door
    0900ish get to work
    0930 multivit, supplements & breakfast.

    Training Days
    0515 silent alarm goes off
    0540 phone alarm goes off and get up
    0545 bathroom & weigh in
    0550 Powdered Greens and OJ shake, pull any prepped packed lunch out of fridge
    0600 get clean/dressed
    0615 walk to boat club
    0700 get boats off stands and out on the water
    0715 6-7km row
    0815 boats back to club and returned to stands
    0830 walk to work
    0840 use work shower and change
    0850 into office and vits/breakfast.

    Normal Weekend
    0900/30 wake up
    Bathroom/Weigh in
    Powdered green shake
    Workout gear on
    10 Min warm up on exercise bike
    5 Min mobility warm up
    35 Min Strength Training
    5 Min Yoga/Stretching
    1 hour housework
    Shower and Change
    Brunch around 11:30/12:00

    i say that...only because when i get to work - i never know what to expect, so my mornings are a routine of the unroutine ;)

    Mine are pretty boring after I get to work.
    8:00 Do a LOT of paperwork, talk with clients, drink water.
    9:30 Look at facebook, check email, post on the internets.
    10:00 Meeting, usually.
    10:45 More internet, deep instagram trance, online shopping, drink more water.
    11:30 Go home for lunch with hubby.

    So many early starters! I find the idea of seeing the little hand on the 4 twice in one day absolutely abhorrent.

    My husband and I work for the same company. His shifts change often from very early to very late and I am allowed to work whenever he does, so we don't have a regular routine. Sometimes I get to go for my beach walk or gym session before work, sometimes it has to wait until I get back. My circadian rhythm is a mess. >.>

    Wake up at 5 am
    Get kids ready for school
    Run to catch subway to the hospital

    7:30 wake up, toilet, chill on social media for a while
    7:45 make kids/my lunches
    8:00 get dressed, brush teeth, apply makeup
    8:20 drop kids to school and drive to work
    9:00 start work

    I'd love to work out in the morning but I am a horrible morning person!

    Hair washing days:
    Wake at 6:00, hit snooze
    Get out of bed at 6:15, stumble to bathroom, stumble downstairs to weigh myself
    Give anxious dog anxiety meds, wake up bird
    Shower, brush teeth, minimal makeup, dry hair, put on clothes, get out lunch, drink coffee
    Feed dogs, short dog walks, morning chat/head scratches/salad offerings with bird
    7:30 or 7:45 walk to subway or grab bus
    8:30 Work, drink bottle of water, drink more coffee

    Other days:
    Same, but wake at 6:10 and get out of bed at 6:25

    Weekends:
    Stay in bed as late as possible, usually 9:00
    Drink coffee on couch or outside, feed and play with dogs and bird
    Get stressed out about state of house/dog hair/dishes and start cleaning spree

    7:50 wake up
    8:00 bathroom, teeth, face, hair, makeup, clothes
    8:15 pack my food for the day, usually 50-75% prepped already, make coffee
    8:20 or 8:30 depending on how much food work i had to do, off to work.
    9:00 coffee, internet, work
    10:30 small breakfast

    I'm very much not a morning person and have found that I also perform much better during my evening workouts at around 8 or 9pm so I never bother with any of that in the morning.

    4:00 get up
    4:01 go to toilet
    4:05 Make Preworkout drink, down it and wait to wake up
    4:30 hit the it home gym either weights or cardio day dependant
    6:00 Finish workout +30mins if over running and empty dishwasher until -
    6:30 go see daughter and get her up
    6:35 Shower
    7:15 leave for work, either run or cycle in
    8:00-12:00 possible breakfast depending if I am IFing or not

    7:10 Play music, get ready, breakfast
    8:30 Leave for work

    5:30 Wake up/weigh and take Thrive capsules(step 1)
    5:35 Make up hair
    6:00 Take steps 2,3 of my thrive routine & make lunch
    6:15 unload dishwasher
    6:15-6:35 light exercised
    6:40 Leave for work
    7:30 Start work.

    Put coffee on
    Feed Cats
    Bathroom and weigh
    Drink coffee, internet, eat breakfast
    Go to gym, have a snack
    Feed goats and chickens
    Shower
    Sit down to work

    5:30 first wake up
    5:45 second wake up by husband
    6:00 coffee in bed served by DH.
    6:00-6:45 try to come alive, facebook, news, and zone out petting my dogs
    6:45-7:00 get up, weigh, find scrubs, wash face, brush teeth, moisturize, and throw hair up, leave for work
    7:03 -arrive at work
    then I try to get 1.5K steps in before the first bell and med pass, read email, fill up water, chart,
    10:00a- eat breakfast/break my fast

    5:30am husband gets up and gets ready, I snooze
    6:15am cat begins to attack my feet
    6:30am husband sicks dogs on me. I am visoucly attacked by kisses, snuggles, and tramples.
    6:35am let dogs out, pee, weigh if I remember, get dressed and assembled for work.
    6:40 let dogs in
    6:45 let dogs out so they can be let in again, pour a cup of coffee, browse facebook or play games on my phone while waiting for coffee to cool off.
    7:00 remember to enter the coffee creamer I weighed out into MFP, sip coffee (still too hot). let dogs in.
    7:15 let dogs out for thier last chance to potty, start car if cold outside.
    7:20 kennel dogs, give them & the cat a treat, head out the door for work.
    7:21 realize I forgot my coffee. Go back in and grab coffee. Go to work.

    Depends on the morning. Work days up at 125am quickly get dressed brush teeth and hair grab breakfast and lunch out of the fridge eat breakfast on the way to work. Days offn get up when I feel like it, drink water, workout eat breakfast, run errands and then relax for the rest of the day.

    Wake up around dawn, pee, open door for cats if hubby hasn't already.
    Back to bed, check Fitbit to see how many more hours I should sleep.
    Sleep a couple/few more hours.
    Cuddle, etc. with hubby
    Talk with cats who have come back inside.
    Feed cats.
    Out of bed anywhere from 10-12:30ish.
    If working out, we'll make a quick pot of espresso and chug that and some water down. If off day same pot of espresso, then enjoy a leisurely bowl and espresso in the garden.
    Chill, by now it's definitely afternoon!

    Reading all of your mornings has me exhausted, wow!

    1st alarm at 8a. 2nd alarm at 8:30a, Cuddle a cat and check emails while in bed until 8:45a.
    Make the bed, open window and get fresh water and food for cats.
    Weigh myself and log into MFP
    Throw out cat treats for a game of hunt your food.
    Eat breakfast while checking weather or news, and finish responding to emails.
    Shower, makeup, hair and dress for work.
    Pack lunch and dinner bag for work.
    Try to leave by 10:40a for work.
    Long commute to work, while listening to auto books.

    Frantically get out of bed at 6:25am.
    Take thyroid pill.
    Yank on clothes set out and spray hair with water to comb it.
    Shove lunch in lunchbox and get out to my carpool by 6:35ish.
    Fill water bottle at work at 7am
    Sit done in front of computer in lunchroom until 7:45
    Head upstairs to clock in.
    8 am clock in and get up to make a quick cuppa coffee and see how many emails I've got.

    Up at 4:40:
    pee, then get on the scale
    take my pills
    check FB for about 10-15 minutes
    pack my lunch (all ready to go in the fridge)
    check my gym bag for the 5th time since last night to make sure I have my clothes & towels
    wrap my wrists
    get to 9Round by 5:30-5:45
    go to the gym to stretch & shower
    get to work by 7:00
    then I either go to my 2nd job (M & W until 10:00) or go back to 9Round after work
    then head home

    Wake up at 7:00
    Hit the snooze 2-3 times
    Actually get up at 7:20
    Shower, brush teeth, dry hair
    Put on makeup/contacts
    Get dressed
    Pack breakfast/lunch
    Feed the cat
    Leave for work by 8:05
