How do you calculate how much fat, cal and protein you should have in a day? I’ve just started working out and have been gaining weight due to my diet.

If your weight gain is due to your workouts (like the past 1-2 weeks), it's probably more connected to that as your muscles are retaining more water to repair.
Protein: minimum .8 grams per pound of lean mass
Fat: minimum .35 grams per pound of weight
Carbs: whatever you want0 -
There’s a macro calculator that will tell you exactly how much protein carbs and fat you should have1
