Pole dance?

I’m an entertainer and I’m not sure how to log my shows. They’re 18 minutes each.
fast paced cardio, lots of body-weight lifting on the pole, use of props (aerial hoop, fire fans, poi etc). I couldn’t even find pole dancing in exercises! Thank you

    Probably callisthenics. There’s a few intensity options in the database.

    I don't have an answer to your question. Just wanted to say that I'm envious that you can do all of that! I may try a pole dancing class when we move this summer (there is nothing in my current area- a very small, rural town)
