Hi I'm Beth I'm new to MFP.

Decided to give myself a kick up the bum and get my weight in order!
I don't fit in my clothes anymore and I'm unhappy with my body so it's time to do something about it.
I've done slimming world before and that was a quick fix. I need something long term.
I'm hoping that mixing exercise with better eating will work for me.

Any tips, recipes and advice welcome :)
I think I need all the support I can get!

    Try not to make big drastic changes, making small changes over time is more likely to stick.

    Pick a suitable deficit:

    and read through the Most Helpful posts on the Getting Started and General Weight Loss boards for some excellent information on how to log accurately.
