Hi everyone,
I figured I’d re-introduce myself since it’s been close to a year since my last login. My name’s Cassie, I’m 33 and weigh 362 lbs. I have 3 amazing kids, a soon to be 8yo and 6yo twins.
I’ve been fighting fibromyalgia, degenerative disk disease and arthritis. This year I’ve had 2 back procedures due extreme lower back pain and since they didn’t work, I’m having what I hope to be the final procedure next week to kill some nerves in my lower back. I’m to the point where I can’t sit or stand more than about 10 minutes at a time.
I’m starting back at square one. I’ve cut coffee from my diet and am working on replacing soda with water. I’ve realized I’m addicted to food, and slowly things are changing.
Add me as a friend if you like! I’d love to meet other people with 200+ to lose!

Hi! I had lost 95 pounds.... felt great! Had a 3rd baby and I've gained the majority back. I'm having so much trouble getting back the motivation but I'm going to give it a try. My little girl will be 2 in June, so it's way past time ( I feel like I gained most after she was born). I have 100 pounds to lose.1

I have been looking "today" for a group to join. After having a challenging time logging in. I amazingly stayed with it. I found your title starting over, over 200lbs and the picture of Mother Mary. I said to myself "this is it." I was up to 253lbs back in 2004. I lost 143lbs, a year and a half later I gained 85% back. I joined the weight watchers on line group until they disbanded it, and I ended up on MFP. At this point I weighed 243lbs, joined a 78pd weight lose challenge and lost 80lbs. 2mths later I started gaining it right back again. As soon as I hit a goal, my mind just shuts down. I would LOVE to buddy up with you two and walk this journey together if you'll have me.0
