Welp, in an attempt to change the 'subject' during this hour,

I thought i would mention that I

1) started zumba today and loved it! im looking forward to burning that many calories again!

2) i weighed for the first time in a couple of weeks, and I'm down 3 more lbs for a total of 7! Not to mention, without being to explicit, that by this time next week i should have lost a fair amount in water weight...so anyway..

all the frustration of the last couple of weeks on that stinky plateau have finally come to a summit, and im excited!

3) oh yea, i also finally got my Heart rate monitor from Amizon. Time to read the thingie and see how it works. tomorrow i will be out planting bushes all day, so i guess i will know what i truly burn with that nifty new wireless chest trasmitter!

    it was alot of fun.
i was the youngest one there, so at least i could keep up and i caught on fairly quickly,
the hour certainly went by pretty fast, and it was definitely fun enough to convince me to go back for three days a week. Maybe things will start looking a little more trim..i sure hope so!!

Congrats on trying the class! I was hoping you would!! :drinker: Glad it worked out for you.
  • I too am a Zumba fan I find it something to look forward to rather than dreading. Definitly one of the better aerobic classes although our class is so jam packed now that I can't move around as much and have dropped the class due to space sad huh! Great class though

    Beep,
Zumba is a latin aroebics class. They have videos for home and classes all over. It is alot of fun you should try it! You shake your booty alot which I like because it kinda gives you confidence also. They kinda do interval training, different moves for different songs and some intervals are harder than others. Go to Zumba.com to check it out
