    Hi everyone - I have reached an all time low. I stepped on the scale and I am at my heaviest. It feels like the little flame of hope that I had has been put out. How could it get this bad? I thought it was bad when I had to lose a total of 100 pounds, but now 160 to lose. It is a big slap in the face of how bad reality really is. Just feeling so frustrated, but moving forward AGAIN! I never joined a support group before so I am hoping this is going to help.
