howdy all ,
What a neat program, just used it first time. I am over weight but what mainly bought me here is being a diabetic, to help with carb info in the foods I eat. I put in my daily intake and it said I am eating way to little, it was under 1000 calories. But seeing I try to cut carbs its difficult for me to get into food.
before I was a diabetic, I ate a lot ..mainly carbs and meats and cheese. I miss sometimes going to a burger place or ordering a pizza, I have not eaten out in over a year. Food was one my loves and still is, but I eat now like its a snack , because I was a huge side dish person with potatoes, rice and beans .. etc. Now I will have a pork chop and a few green beans for a large meal, or just eat some wings or just grab some deli meat and roll it up with cheese for lunch. Breakfast is eggs and more eggs, with bacon or sausage , so breakfast for me is one of my most filling meals now.
Drinks there isn't many options , water and a beer now and then even thou it has carbs , it doesn't spike my sugars usually.
So a thats a bit about me, any advice or feedback would be great .. Thanks,
