Tasty vegetarian wrap :-)

These are sooooo good!

-1 sandwich wrap (the sun dried tomato ones are great!)
-1 to 2 Tbsp. light cream cheese
-1/4 cup to 1/2 cup spinach leaves, raw
-1 roasted red bell pepper
-1/2 of an avocado, sliced

Spread the cream cheese across the whole wrap. Put the spinach leaves down and push lightly so they stick to the cream cheese. Then put the pepper and avocado slices down across the whole thing (it rolls up better if you do it this way) then slice and enjoy. For the non-vegetarian option, I like to put a couple slices of lean turkey in place of the avocado. So good!

    No, but it's not many. Enough that it's its own meal, but definitely fewer than 500 :)

    Sounds really good! You could even spread Laughing Cow cheese on instead of the cream cheese for a different flavor. Only 35 calories in a wedge. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
