Weight loss then weight gain

I lost 15 pounds in one month just fine after changing my diet and exercising. Now I am still doing the same things but gaining weight.
Any suggestions about what I should do?

    you should make your diary public so people can see what you are eating to make suggestions. maybe you need change your calories and your exercise routine. your body can get used to the routine, if you switch it up you might get some results. good luck and great job on your loss so far! :)

    My experience was similar but over a longer period of time. My body adapted to the lower calories and slowed my metabolism to compensate. How many calories are you eating? Did you recently start exercising? How long have you been gaining and how much?
