Measuring weight of Grapefruit or Oranges

Do you weigh these with or without rind?

You only need to log the weight of what you're eating.0

You could always weigh the whole thing (unpeeled), write down that number, then eat the inside as usual. Then weigh the remaining leftover rinds and subtract that weight from the first one, to get the final edible portion weight.
So if the whole grapefruit weighs 200g and the leftover rind weighs 50g, you ate 150g of grapefruit.2 -

Even then you probably want to log them separately as the rind is twice as calorific2
