Basil Poledouris - Anvil of Crom from Conan the Barbarian soundtrack (Epic Music)
Eminem - Lose Yourself (Rap)
AC/DC - Who Made Who (Rock)4 -
I'm a product of the 8/16/32/64-bit video game era, which have great music soundtracks officially known as Original Sound Tracks or their lesser known Arranged Sound Tracks.
So, when lifting, just about anything will do and I have a ton of choices to from which to pick.
Street Fighter OST (excluding Street Fighter 1)
Soul Edge/Soul Blade OST/AST
Tekken 1,2,3 OST/AST
Killer Instinct 1, 2 OST
Bare Knuckle I & II / Streets of Rage 1, 2 OST
Donkey Kong Country 1, 2 OST
Techno Syndrome 7 by The Immortals (from the Mortal Kombat OST and then reused for the 1995 film)
In my opinion, Video Game Soundtracks, while they may be an acquired taste, they provide some pretty awesome music.

So, anyone who knows me would be surprised by this.
I've got a run mix geared towards pushing 180 bpm for 3 songs. All classic rock. Hard stuff.
Then a song at 160 bpm for a bit of a break.
It's not classic rock.
I REALLY hate to admit this.
It's the 4th song on my run list, so the only one I have multiple copies of on the list. 3 ~180 bpm and then this one at 160.
I'm having trouble admitting to this.
It's Tyler Perry Shake it Off.
There. I said it.
Keeps me at a solid 160 for a 4 minute rest period and then back to a faster pace.
I'm ashamed.....2 -
Anything with a fast beat, or motivating lyrics. Dubstep music is one of my favorites. Basically anything by Knife Party, or even Skrillex is awesome. Next favorite genre is Heavy Metal music. Anything good and angry really keeps me going, lol. Some favorite songs:
Internet Friends- Knife Party
Metallica- Enter Sandman
Eminem- Smack That
LMFAO- Sexy and I know it.

If I had to choose, it would definitely be Back in Black by AC/DC...or maybe Crazy Train by Ozzy...or possibly Pick It Up by Famous Dex and A$AP Rocky? Oh! Forgot about Welcome to the Jungle by GnR. I have too many favorites lol0
