I’m Aaron and I’m working towards losing weight and gaining muscle. My current goal is to workout 5 days a week.

    Hi Aaron good luck on your weight loss and gain muscle goals. I also am working on weight loss, not ready to do any kind of weight training I've just started and either walk or use my Tony Little Gazelle every day. I have found MFP to be a major help with this especially the food diary as it shows me where Ive went over sugar or fat each day.
