HELPPPPPP!! I NEED ADVISE.
what is going on? I AM on a weightloss journey but I've been stuck on the same weight for over two weeks..two and hald roughly. When i noticed i switched up my workout routine and I've been eating clean 95% of the time. I've also been trying to drink water everytime. I don't know whatelse to do. I should have shedded a lot these past 2-3 weeks. Had a goal to lose a certain amount of weight before my birthday now I'm a few days away and havent lost what i should have....sigh

First of all, eating clean, (whatever your definition of that is) will not in itself help you to lose weight. A few other questions - What are your stats, how much are you trying to lose, how many calories are you eating a day? Are you weighing solids (on a digital scale) and measuring liquids of everything you put in your mouth? Also, give it time, two weeks is not a long time to stay at the same weight, if after a month you haven't moved then you may need to reassess your calories or your exercise.3

Switching your workout routine probably contributed. But you don’t mention calories at all. Have you been logging everything on here as accurately as possible?1

There are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings2

In addition to the above, your body may be holding on to water if you are in the last half of your menstrual cycle.0
