Hoping the scale will start moving faster after water weight!3 -
April 8th - (logged 1 workout for the week because of a low back injury doing dumbbell deadlifts, I broke form it wasn't the weight. Feeling good enough to start working out again tomorrow morning. Also hosted company members all week, drinks and eating out at socials every night. That's over back to business!
