Scared I won't fit in a plane seat

Hello.
I am a size 24 top. Size 26 bottoms (uk sizing). About 300lb. I am losing weight but I have run out of time before a few plane trips. I don't want to miss out of such fantastic opportunities but I am having panic attacks over not being able to fit in the seat at all and being kicked off the flight altogether.
The link below is to some pictures of me (as everyone carries weight differently.) Has anyone got any comforting words or stories?

I think you'll be fine - I've been on planes with larger people. have you considered ringing the airlines and ask them for advice to put your mind at ease?0

I went on several plane trips at 300 lbs, size 24. It was ok in the seat but I did have to ask for a seat belt extender a few times.2

I traveled for work for 8 years and for a good portion of it was close to 300 pounds. Never did a seat belt extender but they offered them to anyone needing one discretely. The airline itself could care less about your size as long as they get their money and its safe for you to travel. Fellow passengers can be nasty at times which I get to an extent in the world of shrinking airline seats but what I use to do when I was overweight was to travel on Southwest Airlines where I could pick my own seat. I'd find a small body senior couple and sit next to them and let them give their life story and they were happy to just have someone to chat with. Trade off for me was I fit comfortable.1

You will fit. It might be uncomfortable, you might need a belt extender, you might get looks from your seat mates, you won't get kicked off. You will survive.2
