Beginning again !

I guess it's safe to say if I'm always starting over, at least I'm determined I need it !
I just started the Piyo program and I'm pretty excited about the results I can achieve .. I literally gave up on me when my husband passed a year ago. But I am extremely excited about new beginnings and having a fresh start .. So I'm praying, put blinders on me Lord, and give me the Grace to hit the ground running ! And give me the strength of ten men, and a back bone of steel ! Amen !!!

    I like to think that if you never stop trying then at very least you learned determination. Im starting over for the 374th time in the last 10 years.

    Hi there! I'm with you sister! I myself am starting the exercise and healthy lifestyle again. I'm in the last year of my 40's to begin a new decade 28 pds lighter. I know weight is just a number but I am focused on a healthy number that gives me the energy I need to stay active in my senior years: 60, 70 and 80's.     Hi. I am beginning again but this time I am doing a "diet" to end all diets. I am following the Beck Diet for Life. Using cognitive behavior therapy strategies, it teaches you how to prevent yourself from sabotaging your best efforts to lose or maintain your weight. It helps you develop an eating resistance "muscle ", for example. I am looking for diet buddies to share my journey.

    Starting to feel self conscious of my weight. I way 139 now and was 125 last year. feel free to add me. I need to start drinking more water and walking on Tuesdays and Thursdays between classes.
