Anyone out there to hell inspire me. I have a hard time not stuffing my face every night. 90% of my calories come at night.

Are you logging your foods with the app?

Also try keeping busier in the evenings. If you have time to eat may be you could use that time for a hobby instead.

The the busier I am, the less I think of food. Feel free to friend request me.

I save calories for pre bed time. Carbs help me sleep!

My fiance is a nighttime eater. He's in a band,
And often has 3-5 drinks when he's at the bar, and come home and eat late at night. He'll often skip breakfast and eat in the evenings. He's not a calorie counter (yet), but it's an idea that might help.

Another idea could be to maybe not buy snacks? Only keep things in your house that require preparation or cooking?

Eating at night isn't inherently bad. You just have to know that about yourself and keep that in mind with your day time eating.

This wouldn't be true for everyone, but I've known others who said the same, so it may be worth a try: Counterintuitively, I found my evening cravings reduced greatly if I got a solid breakfast with plenty of protein, and sensible nutrition through the day.

For me, the break fast with ample protein was crucial. But others prefer to skip breakfast and save those calories for evening eating.

Try some experiments: New routine for 2-3 days, then evaluate. You'll figure it out.

    Best wishes!
