Hello,

I downloaded MFP a few weeks back, but it's only been this last week lthat I've really started to give it a proper go and i've lost 3lbs in week 1 so i'm very very pleased.

Over the past 10 years I've put on 4 stone, just over 60lbs, with the past few years weighing on or around 15st (210lbs). However, this year I've crept up over 15st and enough is enough.

Thursday is my weigh in day and I'm doing MFP in conjuction with the Biggest Loser game on the Wii as the fitness program excercises really push me more than trying to motivate myself at a gym.

If anyone would like to join me on a weekly Thursday weigh in I could really use the encouragement.

    Isn't the wii amazing? I've fallen in love with the Just Dance routines. They have a way for tracking 'sweat points' which is really great for those of us too lazy to write down anything.
