I'm currently on a whole 30 (last day this Tuesday) but am hoping to carry on the eating idea through out. This is my 3rd round and I always feel amazing. Any whole 30 recipes that you use as a go to?

My fave right now is: https://www.marthastewart.com/953631/brussels-sprout-apple-and-bacon-hash

I just swap out the butter with ghee to make it Paleo compliant. I also use a bacon-infused olive oil. I’m now on my third week in a row of making it since brussel sprouts are pretty cheap right now. Not sick of it yet. When that day comes, I’ll probably sub out sweet potato or butternut for the brussel sprouts to keep the recipe around a little longer.

I made this today for breakfast for the first time ever: http://tasty-yummies.com/spiced-coconut-squash-breakfast-porridge/

You could always sub in banana as a sweetener instead of honey/maple syrup to make it whole 30 compliant. I used coconut flour instead of tigernut. I added some blueberries, too. Surprisingly good - I have to admit I was skeptical, but I had the extra spaghetti squash on hand and I was feeling experimental today.

    Good luck!

Calorie counting is not part of the whole 30 program...

I know, that's why I asked. I thought it was a bit strange
